Mitch McVicker announced to his mailing list yesterday his signing to Ray Boltz' Spindust Records, and the subsequent release of his third album, entitled Without Looking Down. Produced by Mark Robertson, and recorded and mixed by Jordan Richter, the new disc is due out in mid-September.
The album is said to have many of the new songs McVicker has been playing in concert over the last year. Samples of many of the new songs from Without Looking Down will be posted on McVicker's website (www.mitchmcvicker.com) periodically in the next few months. The album's first single will hit radio in July.
Fall 2002 will bring about a new tour to coincide with the release of Without Looking Down. McVicker says that this will be his most extensive national tour to-date.
